All I know is that as a FT WFH who's more than 300 miles from my nearest hub/secondary, Even 1 day in office means a package.

It's a win-win for me.

It depends on how many people quit. That's literally the only factor that matters. If vol attrition is below exec targets, they'll do more stupid S. If vol attrition spikes and they are above targets, then they won't bother turning the sc--ws more.
