Any news on what’s coming up on layoffs or company split? Not sure why they always have to announce during holidays.

Layoffs happened during the week of April 13 2026. In my opinion, this was intentional for many of the individuals impacted. As a white male who values all people, more minorities were let go as diversity and true inclusion no longer exist. JNJ thrive because of diversity and yet were are following Trump's playbook that is destroying the foundation that drew so many cultures to this organization. If you are 50 and older you are being replaced with younger people who have little to no knowledge. We lost balance and we are happily moving forward. If you are a minority, please don't apply if you value your career and mental health. It is not a safe environment right now for you and you will not have any support to grow or to protect you when your called an DEI hire.
I have been contacted by my colleague at J&J Ireland who is being layed off as part of the restructure
They are laying off nearly all of Customer Solutions (aka MedTech SCG) 12/3/25. Merry Christmas from JNJ. This company could not care less about their employees. Have never seen a December layoff like this in all the years I’ve been here. JNJ taking it to new levels of not giving AF.
