Of course layoffs are coming, who and whom is a toss up. I asked Mach1 for some context on Ford layoff history over the past 10 years, Obviously Model E is a ball and chain dragging down ford every 1/4 and anything related to it will have a Battleship moment at some point. F150 Lightning production postponed, I'd venture to say it will be cancelled all together along with the replacement P800.

Skunkworks CE1 is probably safe from major cuts since JF is pushing the $30K EV that is quite far out to see any potential and cutting staff won't help speed up development, but people are leaving all the time on their own.

Yours might come Monday if you work for Ford, but I doubt it.
It is obvious they are using the PR system to get rid of people.
Mass layoffs are bad publicity.
That is why I know you do not work for Ford.
Probably already fired.

Small cuts, wait for the grandi , car loans blow up with regional banks , Ford follows up with big tech lay offs. But we are not there yet to have like - 30-50k range being laid off.
