Too many occasions where someone wants to do good work but blocked by another. Too many emails don not get a response and this includes leadership. How are employees supposed to do their jobs or fulfill the asks and goals given by our leaders? Impossible. One cares anymore.

I agree. I am working with someone that is so OCD with having things their way that they redo everything anyway. It’s exhausting, do you just get paid to boss people around on things you can’t do as a business professional? Want to be management steals ideas and acts like the golden child that thought of it, honestly it’s embarrassing and I’m getting my bucket of popcorn popped and ready to begin enjoying the show around here.
I think you guys did a typo and meant vulture not culture!
well said. people who are at all VP's and execute level roles are contaminated and it is hard to fix them...only way is to replace them with good leaders. I see dishonesty and no empathy for the employees; how can they give good services to our patients.
The current plan is to make United and Optum an “AI Bro” and Social Media company according to this week’s discussion
No one responds to emails because the company’s business plan has changed every two weeks since the last CEO was canned.
We are in the “fake it and hope we make it” stage of whatever this company transitions into.
Agree. Witty drove culture putting $$ above it all. The original United culture was going to take 20 years to refresh so all old employees with maladaptive behavior will be gone. During the disastrous witty’s rein we’re back to reset. The problem is we need to clean GL32s who were complacent and elicit the worst of our anti United culture.
Culture?
The only aspects of "culture" they seem to care about are hollow mission slogans, feel good town hall pep talks from time to time, and something about dragging productive people out of their personalized home offices so that they can drive to some shared, noisy office space and stare at people they don't actually do any work with because that, my friends, is going to foster this magical culture that will surely make the company better somehow.
