I’ve heard that FISERV may be in discussions to acquire us by early 2026. This isn’t entirely surprising given that our platform’s design and user experience feel outdated. Additionally, client support has been declining—particularly with offshore teams struggling to understand use cases, which often leads to delays while clarifying issues.

This is not surprising to me. I have three FI's that I work with that are not renewing their contract. Main factor is the dated look and feel of our platform and india support. Hope it's not a total layoff if FISERV buys us out.
@11w right and when frank was there the rto was severe, but I hear the policy (and overall culture) is better now.
I'm definitely leaving if thats the case! FISERV will chew us up and sp-t us out. Been there done that.
Well if that does happen, support likely will not improve.
