This place is full of people who would su-k up to a potted plant if it meant a promotion. They can’t do the work, they don’t care about anyone else but themselves, but somehow they’re moving up while those of us who are doing the actual work get ignored. Make it make sense.

This has been since the dawn of time. Better hone the bootlickin skills.
Promotions are given to favorite classes and good friends. Experience, ability and best person for the job is a distant second.
What exhausts me is the “not my job” mentality. No desire to help as a unified team.

I’ve been here long enough to know that’s the norm. Unfortunately, economic uncertainties stop people from quitting and moving on to the roles they want in other places. Keep collecting your paycheck and stack up those certifications on LinkedIn/ Google/ Coursera so you can move around when it’s time.
Come on, at least tell us the division we’re talking about here!!
