Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Are hours in office a 4 week rolling average? Thank you.

May have been asked before. Sorry if that is the case.

I was told it was a rolling average per month. But last week my manager got a notice I didn’t meet 3 days in office, saw a chart for a 13 week average. They forgot to calculate my pto used prior to sending out this notice. I was good but damn is this system so messed up. How do you give a nasty you are in trouble message before quality checking? Wouldn’t it be cheaper to severance than so many man hours chasing down tracking and justifying your job? I just want to do the work I was hired to do! My answer is no one has definite, consistent rules or tracking in place. A total sh-t show and the executives should be embarrassed.
