Everybody is laughing at us and at this leadership team that clearly has no idea what it’s doing. I can’t wait to leave so I can laugh too, because right now all I can do is cry at what this place has become.

I laugh once each of day. Dooon’t do the waiting to laugh. It is not good for inner pieces. Marathi dooes always say laugh with goats and cry much of time only if goat is skinny to eat. For time being you can take time for laughing.
