They really are keeping this hush. The economy is not the best and I feel it's easier to take it out on the workers. The RTO mandate is BIG mistake and a culture ki-ler. That's the one thing we had good that Trane didn't cave to. I've lost my dedication this month in a company I've been at for nearly 30 years.
This was conveniently timed with the current government shutdown.
