Great question! Also, most people don't think about this but take advantage of the Red Card and your discount to get eyewear updated (I did!) before losing your EyeMed benefits AND your TGT discount. If you go to TGT Optical, don't forget to pay with your Red Card; that's how it works. There are deals on the EyeMed site that you can print off and use at TGT Optical in combination with your TGT Red Card Discount. Considering I knew the end was coming soon, I took advantage and got myself new eyewear for a new position someday. New Job, New Me. : )

You get the TGT discount, bi-weekly paychecks, and all your benefits for the 60 day period. After the 60 days you don’t get the discount anymore (unless you qualify for retirement), and all benefits stop
