If Verizon offered a package deal that was really good, would you take it. What is your definition of a really good package that you wouldn't even have to think about it and sign the next day?

24 months medical and no cap on severance
I'd take the standard VSP offer in a second, 3 weeks per year capped at 60. I wasn't included in last year's offer, if it was offered to me then I would have taken it in a second.
At this point I'd take a big mac and a pocketful of lint. Our group weren't offered the VSP last time.
The associate buyout has been the same for 10 to 15 years. It used to be about 2 years pay for someone with 30 years, now it’s about 1 year pay. It need a cost of living adjustment. Make it 2 years pay again.
pd med would do it for me
Incorrect.. previous packages cap and exoecting a package is optimistic
Assuming it was a joke, but delusional people on here thinking 6&6 and paid medical is a starting point.
It would have to be pretty big, otherwise I’ll be sticking around for another contract. 6&6, paid medical, would be a good start.
No cap on the number of weeks severance.
That Boat already sailed! Everyone got a free ticket offer.
Same as last VSP 3 weeks per year plus full bonus and rsu. I'd sign up immediately, would think twice about it.
Honestly if they offered the same VSP again deal as last year, I feel like they’d have a lot more takers this round. People have seen the carnage that happened last round and how there was very little planning around redistribution of work/responsibilities so they would not want to stick around to pick up the pieces again ESPECIALLY given that backfills will be very limited
