They mentioned it in the last town hall and have mentioned it a total of 7-8 times, that I can recall. RTO is happening. It may take a bit, but it's happening. Here is what was said last:
"We want to find ways for our teams to have more opportunities to interact in person while also providing flexibility in the way people work. How we strike that balance is something we haven't figured out vet. What we do know is we will not require current teammates to relocate, In areas where we have high concentrations of associates, we will look for flexible ways tor people to be co- located more frequently. Additionally we may focus our tuture hiring to those same hiaf associate markets, including Louisville, Nashville, the D.C.-area, and parts of Florida. These ideas are still in tne early stages aNC It may take another 12-18 months to fully develop them"
