Thread regarding Gainwell Technologies layoffs

Gainwell WFM

Hiiii everyone! I am seeing a lot of negative comments about their managers and their customer service and such, I wonder if anyone has ever worked on the corp side? Like the workforce management/Data Analyst side? I am not see any complaints about those roles and I am looking to set up an interview in the next few days, so I want to be prepared.

From the corporate side, I can not give an opinion as I've never worked in that area at Gainwell. But I know that I don't care to deal with them.

But from an operations standpoint, working on the account side. It's horrid to say the least. You've possibly read it all before on this site. But the level of toxicity, gas-lighting and degradation of others to get ahead is astounding. The lack of planning, communcations, inability to follow defined processes, and for some, managers included, can't or will not read. Well, it's very real.

Based off all that's been stated in this thread and many others. Are you willing to take the risk? Is it worth the risk to you? If I were you and could afford too, i would hold off for a much more stable organization to work for. Gainwell is not stable

If I could explain to you what I go through on a daily basis, without revealing who I was and without the expection of losing my job. I could give you information enough for a novela.

Every day I go through he-l, to the point I've had to go on depression and anxiety medication. But the job market in my demographics and geographical area are hard to find these days. So I take my happy pills and go with it as much as I can.

If they hire you, it will be at the expense of someone who has been there longer. Also, sounds like you might be one of the people who gets to lay people off. Got to love that job. Just a heads up, they have hired many people for that role before and after they WFR a bunch of their co-workers they too got laid off. No one is safe sadly. Anyone remember T.L.?

The people I know who do that love it. It can be a pretty hit or miss company when it comes to employee satisfaction but that’s nothing new for anyone who has ever had a job.
