Q4 Pulse Survey Targeting Leadership

Did anyone notice a difference in the Q4 pulse survey? It looks like the question are geared toward leadership. The last comment box directly asks what action has been taken since the last survey. Maybe the new CEO is looking to make some changes for all levels of leadership? I’ve been with Verizon 10 years and every rif they only target below ADs. Everyone AD and above are always safe. It’s time to start snipping from the top and not the people who actually do the work.

They make sure it's worded in a way that makes the company look good. I mean, who's going to report their supervisor when they're actually doing a great job? This survey needs to be directed at the higher-ups instead! It should ask us about the customers' likes and dislikes. I filled it out and called them out on everything-but I made it very clear at the end that our supervisor is great!

@gm yes everyone is treating it like it’s mandatory, I refuse to ask my reps if they have taken it, it’s none of my business and it should be none of my district managers business … it’s voluntary not mandatory

If you do the survey nothing happens, if you don’t do it nothing happens…what’s the point

@gm been my greatest joy refusing to participate. It's such a joke I am not gonna be part of. I have actual work to do lol.

Anyone else's management acting like the pulse survey is mandatory?

@OP I think it’s pretty typical for them to ask about any actions taken to address the earlier survey results. Nothing new.
