Worst BU. Toxic environment, petty politics, fossil senior leadership in same position for decades, no decision making power or accountability (even at svp level). Confusion, delay in arriving at a conclusion, chinese whisper are synonymous to this BU.

@xq HR will not do anything unless there are several complaints on record or a “risk”, for example - an employment tribunal.
If you think they are going to set up meetings after trawling through an anonymous web forum, reading one post that vaguely describes a toxic workplace/ BU, you may be disappointed. HR work for the company, they are not there to “fix” the environment for employees. Unless there is something that is classified as misconduct or goes against company policy, especially something that can be potentially damaging to the brand, they will continue to support the leadership team. This is what their job is from a company perspective. Of course there are understanding and human centred people working within the HR teams, but I would not count on the HR partners to deal with the issues mentioned, unless there is a high risk flagged to the business.
@tc because it’s more likely for HR (or anyone else)to pay attention here, then they will in a scheduled meeting with crickets afterwards!
So it’s not a rant but rather drawing attention to the professional and leadership incompetence of the holy product trinity (+ Senior Directors), that’s makes talented people leave or unfathomable miserable!!

I get that people feel the need to rant, but I don't get the point of this post. People who work there know all of this already about Originals BU, this is not new information!
