How can there be Talent when there's none at the Top. The Top is incompetent and old school. CEO, CFO, CTO, COO and CAO playbook is nepotism which creates toxic environment.
Qualcomm has ceased to be an innovator. All of the internal work is mediocre improvements to existing products, developed and designed years ago by American and European engineers. Now all they do is buy other companies and ruin them. I fear that Arduino will fare no better as the Python clowns destroy the company.
