26 got twice as many selection opportunities than every other PSG... so clearly they weren't targeted

@d4 I am a former Hessie in a transition role with a job at a competitor lined up. For unknown reasons my peers in same situation and I were invited to a Lease Sale discussions with sensitive information. But my reply to you here is to comment that YES we were shocjed ti see a few ancient CVXers that made it through, obviously past their prime embarrassing themselves presenting some wacky outdated ideas
@a7 💯 26 and up were protected shamelessly. It was unbelievable to witness. There was so much dead weight there who got to continue on, and then still many others too fu---n' old and out of touch, to be of any value to the company. Read the fu---n' room and just leave. It is a disgrace.
Middle management and non exempts are impacted the most. Orgs are flattened to exclude previous middle managers. Doing more with less.
Wtf with the question OP? Are you asking about now in the present or somehow what happened with wave 1 and 2? Why is it that nobody knows how to communicate anymore? Please word your question in a way that makes sense.
Seemed like the 24-25s were most targeted
