10/15 was a bloodbath across Comcast. Some Sr leaders, mostly staff. Severance packages for frontline are embarrassingly bad.

Comcast is becoming a joke to work for.
Directors and above were given 20 more weeks of severance than everyone else. That is five MORE months of pay, health insurance and even courtesy services. They have the gaul to say it is harder for a 40 year old director to find a job than a 60 year old senior manager. They are flooding the greater Denver, Atlanta and Boston areas with hundreds of people who are looking for jobs, many in their 50s/60s. Instead of giving people two weeks for each service year they take your service years, subtract three years, then multiply that times 1.5 weeks. Except directors and above who get ALL that PLUS 5 extra months outrageous. It is the most inequatable thing I've ever seen. Paying the people who already make more, who get bigger bonuses 5 more months, it is absurd.
