Can someone explain to me the qualifications a former top Intel engineer has to lead Dell PC Commercial business? Dells PC business has been losing market share. How does this hire help turn it around?

Wtf, when did this happen and why was I not asked?
I think Jeff C doesn't like the look and feel of our recent products, so I am not surprised they went after an engineer to lead Commercial.
I assume he has visibility into Lenovo and HP practices, so maybe there is something good he can bring from a competitive perspective.

He’s an Apple flow design expert to increase power velocity using less power and balancing with better cooling. A good leader from what I’ve heard.
