So there is an All Employee call on the 23rd. So i guess that means there wont be a layoff on that day? Who knows

@d5 Don't leave McAdam out. Terrible business decisions and not a nice guy. At least Hans was half way decent to the craft. (two contract extensions with no strikes)
Some one on another thread from Value said RIFs are comi by after 3rd Q results. The final day on payroll will be 19/12/25 with affective date 20/11/25
Our group is toast so people at top will make more millions.

Coming up on Thursday 10/23/25, we will be having an All Employee Call with Kevin Smith from 11AM-12:30PM ET.
This started 6 months ago… I was oart of a group of 10… all top performers and was told window of opportunity to go with a severance package. Assumption this was prepositioned by VP to show he contributed to this OCT reduction. Bo complaints on by any of us but don’t think this was the roadmap, remove a non performing socialist CEO with the CEO to implement change.. tgen let Sampath rude in as the white knight long tenured CEO.
That said.. if Vz continues to outsource operations .. and allow DEI Directirs and above.. final grade will be “F”.
Up to Dan to be a leader as Board has proven otherwise.
And we need to pay Sampath 4M retention bonus so we keep laying people off. What Hans did to this company and Sam is continuing to help do is criminal.

this is cause verizon wants to take over the whole industry. In order to do that as fast as possible....it must layoff the most. The is not enough customer change over. To have max customer change over....IT must go first as fast as possible...no matter what. We can use pencil and paper in the store. We can just give the paper to a dude at verizon. Just one dude can do the info from the paper. Oh oh.....something is coming to the whole entire telco industry....something big....real big.
