@e9 ypu forgot the 24 month severance for the vps that don't want to relocate.
So they have roughly 70 thousand more employees to layoff lol? That doesn't seem very likely considering dell's headcount is about 103k right now... That'd bringb dells headcount down to around the 30k employee mark which is not realistic for the size of Dell...
IMPO Ireland/limeric is the next to get sla-ghtered. Minus the VP's of course! They'll be fine.They'll get a fullly paid for relocation back to Round Rock and even buy them a house until their old house sells!
@d7 I mean Dell already runs it like an Indian company, just gotta get rid of some white ppl.
if they continue like this we'll be an indian company within 5 years
@c8 no one
Current HC is 99k
@cr Ireland is next on the axe, time to look for the next role.
Wasnt the whole Cairo office just closed , we weere told 190+ people gone...
Ireland will be next thats for sure, if you check the Org chart some ISG managers in EMEA have 22,23,24 direct reports...
@c7 they've already announced layoffs will continue through 2026 so I'd say they haven't hit their target.
Who normally takes responsibility when Dell is no long able to run the business?
So What’s the total Worldwide headcount now? Has Dell finally hit the target headcount that they are striving for ?
How will this lower headcount help grow Dells market share?
@c5 first number is amount laid off, second is amount of ppl remaining
What does this mean?
