Received workday tasks this morning. Self evaluation (which feels weirdly early) and another about updating your veteran/disability status? Maybe I’m freaking out for no reason but is this a sign of anything

@a3 Now. This all changed last year when they moved end of year to October rather than November.
@b8 this is a lie.
@b8 Pay attention. You’ve been prompted to do so in Workday for the last 3 years and PeopleSoft the prior 12 years.
Maybe this explains why all the “meets expectations” whiners hang out here.
The veteran/disability self-identification is voluntary and annual.
The self-assessment is the normal part of the performance process where you assess yourself against your annual goals. We’ve never not done this.
@a4 If they don't base layoffs on performance, will the self-eval really make any difference on who gets laid off?
@b8 how th have you never done a self evaluation? Our team has done one every year I’ve been here
I've been here 15 years and never had to do a self-eval! I am also freaking out!
@OP Last year’s process launched on 11/1/24.
Never this early.
I can’t even log in to Workday. 🙃
It was definitely odd. I’ve never been asked to update the veteran or disability status.
There’s something brewing.
When does HCSC thypically require the year end self-eval?
