Thread regarding Insight Enterprises Inc. layoffs

RIF Madness

Well, since the pipeline is crawling, I have lots of time to search for another job. I can't believe what this company has done to it's self. You can track my utilization till the cows come home. Wait, while at it, shuffle some execs around to keep the worker bees thinking that something magical is going to happen, or pop, it's not. There used to be 15 on the team, now we have been dwindled down to 3. Winning!!!! Wait, I have an idea, let's acquisitionFLYwheel another company to try and get deeper in some accounts while offshoring is being done not so quietly in the background and "teammates" are being clobbered. Zero clue, zero talent. I think today, I'll let InsightGPT re-write my resume and get some certifications since clients aren't picking up the phone... Just wondering when the CAPtian team team are going to get to boot?

It's a clown show.... That's for sure. I would assume that someone is going to get the boot here shortly, just like the EVP of "Strategy" that only lasted a few months.

How many clowns can you fit into the C-suite?

Endless.

ReJoyce! FlyWheelSuperStars, let's just try and buy up companies, increase debt and get some teammates badges collected cause, that's what we do. Sing the hymn, sink or swim. Sunk.

Get ready for another large stock price drop with earnings around the corner... Who ever said $80 was rock bottom, think again, this precipitous drop won't be the last stop on this train to nowhere..

Hearing the next big round will be December before the holidays as to not look so cruel in the eyes of the desperate teammates

BurntBurger (love the moniker by the way, but maybe at this point in time it should be KrustyBurger!!) has constantly thrown shade at Ken, which is quite ironic considering he can't make his numbers, well maybe only by firing people. Hey there's an amazing thought, we can make the numbers, let's just keep some RIF action in force each and every quarter! You are only OPex in our books, so no harm no foul and we need that OPex savings to hit the number as we can write it off and get tax breaks when you file for unemployment!! We will back fill the heads offshore with a different title for 6 months so we don't get sued for ageism or retaliation. Brilliant!! KrustyBurger is not building a legacy, but is digging your grave while you try and use AI for anything to make it look like you are a super star!!!
