It’s wild how many leaders here have big titles but no idea what they’re doing. It's amazing how we have to spend half our time fixing their messes.

Curious what the Vcip would be for this year?
Beware the COP manager or supervisor who likes to throw around useless Corporate jargon like leverage, actionable, and deep dive. They seem to have an entire mental repository of inane words and acronyms of questionable value but seem incapable of conveying a single useful idea or observation.

@OP it would nice if they would also stop pushing all these last minuto q3/q4 projects before they layoff people and get credit for it come vcip time stop pushing projects when you could have done it in previous years
