Anticipating layoffs for this long really does a number on your psyche. You can hate your job all you want, but most of us desperately need it right now. Have you seen the job market lately? Or the cost of everything going up? I’m extremely worried about what’s coming and painfully aware that our options are severely limited.

I would start taking personal items home if you work at HQ. There is nothing worse than having others watch you pack up as you walk out the door.
My guess is redundant jobs at TI plus L6 and L7 with small staffs go first.
Any guesses as to which orgs or teams are the most likely candidates to have layoffs? Surely they’ll be moving a ton of work to TII?
I feel the same way! The axe has missed me before, I just wonder if my luck has run out. I genuinely like my job and team and just need 4 more years before I qualify for Medicare. I know there’s nothing I can do but wait but I have never been good at that.
