They may use AI as an excuse but the company is in bad shape and will see a large drop in revenue in 2026. They have slowly replaced a large part of their American workforce with offshored positions with HCL and H1B visa workers.
MMC is actively and silently laying people off now and through the rest of the year. Most likely the next few years will see more layoffs.
