I liked all the executives running the show before the Wachovia bank merger. Playing the cross selling game was the most fun I’ve ever had this company.

The decision to sever someone is at their sole discretion and their name is on the severance letter. I know the "executive" who fired me was duplicitous.

I see that one of the executives has found this site. Don't you have work to do? (Rhetorical question)

It’s pretty simple. They lie. They claim to have your best interests at heart but they don’t. They are enacting strategies to get people to leave because they are too cheap to pay severance. Looking at you @DF

In FCM the executive sits in Ohio where we have no offices but he doesn’t have a problem that we have to be back in the office or displace people in Oregon and other states. Do I say not as I do?!

The executives aren't focused on developing the business, only trying to get rid of as many employees as possible and throw as much red tape at whoever remains to make them want to quit. It's abusive.
