RIF happened today in MI, stated it was due to Marketplace loss

my boss told us today, had a feeling it was coming unfortunately
@av clarifying that the above post was in reference to a RIF on the west coast—not in MI
RIF in compliance here with no notice—impacted staff removed from system within 10 minutes of meeting with HR.
Is it only MI market, or are others to be impacted as well? I've heard end of October for those notified.
