If you’re open to sharing, how many years did you work for the company, what was your salary at the time, and how much did you get paid? Did it include bonus? What’s the tax percentage they held?
3 years service, 8 weeks severance
This isn’t my first rodeo - youll get one check taxed at the bonus level, factor approximately 50% to be safe.
@157 that’s a silly question as it’s entirely dependent on their base salary.
The right question to ask is how many complete years service do you have, how many weeks per year did you get and any additional payments on top such as notice period.
Can we just all share these 3 basic data points?
