When will the EC wake up that they have a CISO problem? The mind map done a while back showed the CISO has no support, respect, nor leadership of his group.

What is the favorite thing about Mr CISO? Mine is the fact he doesn’t write his LinkedIn posts/articles. TIAA is paying someone to do it for him. Gee is must be nice to have your current company pay to market you for your next gig.
Don’t forget Sastry ran off three white males to get the team he wanted. This entire problem sits at Sastry(aka Luke Skywannabe) feet. Can you say conflict of interest having CISO serve the CIO?

There is so much wrong with the GCFM org that I can’t even hope for it to change. Constantly working with toxic and incompetent people that makes the situation worse. Everyone wants things done their way to show that they had an ‘impact’ and it’s making work worse for the ICs.
@ws I’m willing to bet the vast majority of people on this site were laid off or left the company long ago but haven’t let TIAA go after they left and can’t stop posting nonsense.

@e3 Rick's the best? That guy doesn't know when to stop talking. Petroleum, good one. He's out to lunch. Nothing good comes from him. Julie can't manage the change in her purse effectively. Amy would at least can control her organization.
Cut the guy some slack. It isn’t just him, his entire leadership team isn’t likeable or even good at their jobs. Rick’s the best they’ve got. The others are 👎. From Amy & her nepotism & while Julie tries to be his handler she’s equally as bad. What’s the purpose of her org exactly? Petroleum is such a pr--k it’s cringe & the others fly under the radar which I admire. Say what you want about Byrd, he at least was likeable and had a freaking clue.

@ap does tiaa issue a SOC 2 and how many instances of account takeover fraud occured in the past two yrs under Steve Ward and Braswell. Tiaa has been getting hit with fraud attempts but it tis all hush hush
