Along with Buffet stepping down from Berkshire Hathaway, there will be some BIG changes next year.
They are going to give managers 50% of their bonus like they did this year. They will still cry and complain and still work here. Unions are trash and will go to one man crews. Genesee and Wyoming will take over switching operations like Union Pacific in Oregon and Kansas City. Unions just need to get out of it. You only hear from them when you’re in trouble or blowing smoke up your tush. Coal will trash out because we are going to nuclear electrical.
