Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Remember....they get paid to run a town hall. All a show with a cast of characters. The hardest working employees are those that make entry level pay and bring in the business and interact with the customers. Everything else is a scam.

Town halls are just a dog and pony show. No reason to attend. I usually use the time to do something more productive, like taking a walk.

This is what was subconsciously said, "Let them eat cake". In other words, we don't give a blank about you, as long as we can continue going on extravagant vacations, summering in the Hamptons and flying on private jets. Everyone else can fight over our crumbs.

My takeaway from the TH: SN made it down from the volcano and is ok. The TH went over by 8 minutes. As if, they didn't waste enough of our time already!

It'd be nice to hear some good news for employees for once.

Has a CVS town hall ever discussed anything of relevance or importance to those of us who actually work for a living? Staffing, bonus, layoffs, etc?

These are unserious people who value inside jokes more than the work being done.
