Clearly, he does not value employees. He canned people who were within a few short years of retirement, cutting them short of a full pension for which they earned and worked hard many years. Someone needs to take a real clear look at what this guy has done to Chevron because the company culture has been decimated. You can’t trust a word out of that guy‘s mouth. The parameters, such as “years of service” and such that were communicated for the layoffs were not what actually happened. Chevron is losing valuable OC that they will never get back with these layoffs.
