High time

High time that emp revolt by inundating people team with reports of unfair and discriminatory practices all around if infact that is what is occuring. Inundate both human resources and local senators and Dol...appears careers and lives are being destroyed through emp exploitation based on feedback here. when business is good there is no good reason for such low ethical and frankly unlawful means.

I’ve posted this several times before. Some folks don’t like my suggestion, not sure why. I found out to late that BNY has a policy for getting access to your personnel file.

Request a copy of your personnel file from HR (submit a request). Once you leave the company you have no right to your own file. BNY won’t give it to you.

Keep HR busy and get what should rightfully belong to you.

I believe the hesitation is the risk of BNY knowing who reported, then retaliating. Even if you go thru the process and are fortunate enough, to get your severance, BNY requires you sign a doc that says you will not disparage them in any way .
