Don’t like where this company is going. Anyone know if you can volunteer to be fired or trade places with someone else who is?

@at Their position as per an email is that you forfeit all RSUs if you make yourself ineligible for relocation on the survey. Thieves
Saying no to survey would increase your chance of getting severed.
They just want you to quit on your own, relieving them of any liability. Trading places? I doubt it, if they need you there, why would they want to trade in someone they don't want.
