Middle management padded themselves with a nice cushion of “responsibilities” to delegate, while the people at the bottom scrape by getting done whatever they can with less and less resources and more demands

The "old days" were dozens of mgrs and directors who were all family members and friends with no experience or skill. When people came around w any kind of skill they felt threatened and either fired the skilled worker or harassed them until they quit. Fifteen years of that BS is what put Crown where it is. Fd up systems and data. If they don't clean out middle management they're done.

@OP

Don't worry, our team of experienced technology executives will fix it. There's gotta be at least 10 years of experience there.........combined........in IT??? Wtf is happening.

Why would you stay here? The only reason people are staying in network is the RSUs and AI for this year. For most that’s a significant amount of money to walk away from unless you get a big promotion. We aren’t even a leader in the tower business and more and more private companies are winning business. It’s also a race to bottom for carrier and new leases.

@a2 Way to go. You nitpicked the usage of a term that anyone reading the OP's original post could comprehend, while missing the other grammatical errors that were present.
And also missed the entire point of the comment itself. People are fleeing from this company, which is true, and the artifacts that are left behind aren't sufficient to allow those left to keep CC afloat, which is also true. But you must feel great about demonstrating your strong command of the English language on a...comment board. Bravo.

You should use "leave en masse" because "en masse" is a French phrase meaning "in a large body" or "as a whole," indicating a group leaving together, while "in mass" is not a standard English expression for this context and can be an error. "In mass" is a mathematical term referring to the amount of matter in a body.
