Chevron is longer in a growth mode, so people don't matter.
It is in a mode to keep money flowing to MW and his cronies, keep the shareholders happy, and get what's left of a former great company ready for a yard sale.
They beat me into submission. I will stay until they lay me off with severance.
Who in leadership said anything about wanting to retain employees?
Don’t you see? They’re DARING you to leave. PSG compression. Decreased promotions. Announcing reduced hybrid schedule AFTER selections. They want attrition. They’re counting on it. And, by extension, the retention of docile and compliant employees. Anyone one with a backbone or options already left.
