Place is empty compared to last year. I guess they didn’t like RTOing.

Yes, we noticed the same as took a stroll up to kiddie city since our coffee machine was broken and no one is around. Six months ago at 3:00PM that area was booming at 3:00PM as if it was happy hour with them all hanging out and chatting it up.
So what happens when they’re no longer TDPs and they have to 5x RTO? They just leave then? LOL. What stupidity.
@b3 Only fear of real job market.
So am I reading this correctly? TDP are 3 days RTO now after a mass exodus?
Doesn’t get any more blatantly discriminatory than that does it?
Over 40 years old RTO means move to Dallas
TDP, RTO means 3 days a week
There is no real motivation for anyone who has less than 10 years of service to stay here..
The younglings don’t like RTO either. However, they’re more mobile due to working for much less than seasoned professionals. These greedy, avaricious corporations do NOT want to pay folks what they’re truly worth. Hence, their love for outsourcing, in sourcing & wet behind the ears college kids.
“Young” people don’t wanna work at a place ranked 567 out of 600.
Truth Hurts
The ones I see at Lenox are usually just walking around together doing nothing.
Not surprised. The head nitwit coo and the EGC HR lady think they’ve created the perfect company for “young” people.
Imagine them sitting around the bar thinking “if we give them MLK day, they will arrive “.
If you take stroll by Jeremy office you can see TDP learning music on cheap guitar. Only when you give the praising of the Jeremy band you can be safe of layoff.
The under 30 demographic is leaving the company in droves as they value flexibility over everything. They do not want to RTO 5 days, especially not for some dinosaur company like this one. They saw the mass exodus and changed the rules for the TDPs in hopes that they’ll stick around.
TDPs are either NVW or only 3 days RTO. Too many were not sticking around due to RTO so they changed the rules. Funny how that works since the only legitimate argument for RTO is training them.
