Flying under the radar. Why would the execs open themselves up to questioning of their outrageous pay packages while they place austerity measures on the people making them money?

Clearly the gameplan of promote/layoff/ignore until people quit is still in full effect. Eventually someone will have to pay for the $10b in new Amphonol debt. We won’t magically pay off the debt by NOT cutting massive numbers of redundant resources.
