Anyone feel they are being pushed out or that the work load is unreasonable after this last CPM round? Management doesn’t seem to care. Maybe too scared to care?

@et you’re working too hard bud. Company is failing, in case ya haven’t noticed.
50-100% more workload due to CPM, RTO and daily status meetings for less than 9% hike in compensation due to stock rise. Overall hourly rate went down 👎
Now you have the workload of a real employee. It will take some adjustment, but you will see that everyone doing their part and getting something meaningful done every day adds up! Think about it. 75K employees arriving on-site and doing their part to keep Intel on its path to being the 2nd biggest chip foundry.

Actually, the opposite. Really don't have much to do as things are fairly smooth ATM.
Now, if SHTF, I'll be at 150%.
There is no POST still occurring Infosec doing more as we speak, IT the same big budget shortfalls to deal with since they did not do it right the first time, no post just continued CPM
