It makes no difference to the onshore employees. They will continue to make cut. I haven’t seen many leaders that cared about the onshore people.

I hope your comments are sarcastic referring to Sandeep. He has destroyed this company by offshoring jobs for personal gain. He once worked for WIPRO, hence the decision to offshore jobs.
