If this is documented in Teamworks or somewhere else, let me know, but does 4 hours of PTO still count as a day in the office? And if we take 4 hours on two separate days during the week, does that count as two days in the office?

PTO days don't factor in at all. Go in on a half day and you're wasting your time.
Yes, but wondering how long it will take them to plug that hole
the answer is: yes, 4 hours of PTO taken on one day counts as a day in office, and the hours in-office becomes irrelevant for that day. PTO days are not counted in the reporting for hours in office.
@bf not rocket science, really? Then why does this question come up quite often with differing answers on this site? In any case I did find the answer on Teamworks
Yes 4 hours of PTO counts as an in-office day. Whether it counts as 8 hours in-office seems to be a point of contention on this forum recently.
For what it’s worth, our group had an all hands call with our senior managers about the 8 hour in-office requirement shortly after it was announced. On that call a team member asked if 4 hours of PTO would satisfy the 8 hours in-office requirement and we were explicitly told “yes” by more than one senior manager.
We will see if that’s true or not. However, it might depend on group/lob
4 hours of PTO on any day counts as in office that day. You should be able to figure out from that if you take two half days in a row that will count as two in office days.
This isn’t rocket science.
@OP is the information in Teamworks somewhere or in Workday? I could not find it. In any case does the 4 hour PTO still count as a day in office and if we take 4 hours of PTO twice during a week does that count as two days in office?
Yes. It is documented in Workday and any FAQ’s will also state it.
