Thread regarding Bose layoffs

@hk looks like that happened this week. High level (expensive) engineers let go. They will replace them with contract manufactures.

They lose money by lowering the employee discount. To many employees probably abusing it. No need to allow for that much product every year.

More layoffs likely by the end of the year. Probably R&D next. Might also cut the MI jobs since auto is not doing well.

It means Lila is giving the perception that she is try try to save the company. Saving every dollar she can. Bad business decisions like buying McIntosh. She was brought in to tank Bose. What is really troubling is the fact people are still working from home. The way the Bose has it's silos. Nobody talks to each other. Teams chats can be monitored. No water cooler talk. Nobody talks to each other anymore. The mountain is a shell of what it used to be. Now you all are mushrooms. Kept in the dark and fed cr-p. DHL has taken over all logistics because of incompetence leadership. Repair is Mexico. Most of the R&D is in China. Automotive and Aviation is all that is left in the USA. The only thing left is DEI, Accounting and marketing. Those will be gone in the next 2 to 3 years when Bose finally tanks. Leave and don't look back.
