Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

It has been more than a year since EH took over

some might say that he has not been back enough time to make any changes and show results.
Whereas some might say he is not working out.

I would like to know what most of you think of his performance and about Nike's future?
Comment is greatly appreciated to build consensus of EH administration in this site.

My take is that his administration is failure.

Nothing is changing folks
Same people shuffled around
None being honest and everyone on eggshells
Copy and paste strategies and no one challenges or says anything

If $NKE trades below $80 in 9 months from now he’s already been fired

There is a reason he wasn’t made CEO after MP stepped down. Sooo… who will be the next CEO after EH?

I believe the ship is turning slowly but surely!
My friends never share anything about Nike ever but looks like Nike is doing something good that the media is sharing positive news, either that or the media is bought..lol

I’m not sure how you would define it a failure. Sure, stock price hasn’t mega ripped but… we are facing a 1.5 billion tariff. If we had JD in pocket, we’d be looking at a bigger layoff than 2024.

He’s turning the ship back to the right direction, morale is improving even though we just had another reorg. He’s making the right decisions but we need to perform. He’s betting on us (employees) we can deliver and I think most have heard the bell.

We’ll see if the pace and optimism continues. I’m optimistic but cautious.

Literal results coming, the free fall has stopped. The ship is mid turn, soon to be full steam ahead.
