Why do Indians chase so many credentials that is worthless Credentials?
Easy entry ito Indian IT serices firms means routine low grade work and no professional growth and 3/4 life spent working and taking blame leading to low esteem. After 3-5 years being laid off by labelled as outdated to be replaced by another you fresh out of college.
Real MBA's should be able to see through it.....Bands dont matter it takes a few hours of HR work to restructure and make it low band and it happens every year in Indian IT services firms.(designed make fools of employees)
