Especially not this one. I’ve been doing the bare minimum for a while now. The only times I’ve actually put in extra effort were to help a teammate in a bind. At least when I get the boot, I won’t have any regrets.

A few years to retirement.
I’ve checked out some time ago.
Now I just sit back and enjoy the chaos.
Start applying elsewhere (if you haven't already). Unless you are waiting for a big juicy severance?
It's a shame to see IOL decline like this. It was a great place to work in the past but all good things must come to an end.
