Director and manager layoffs next. Flattening the curve on the fat middle

Space is even worse then DV. Way too many Directors, Sr Directors, VP's.
this is so true. So many unncessary Directors/Sr Directors/VPs, some of them even don't have any reports or maybe 1-2 and they are being paid obscene salaries without any work. So called shareholders being taken for a ride. Bangalore centre has been bloating all these years in the garb of overal charge rate which looks low but lot of Sr Management is paid almost US level salaries there and absolutely no work. SV is taking care of his chamchas and so as VK. Whover wags the tail, gets promotion irrespecive of contributions or potential. Scratching each other's back is the mantra to the top.
Elliott management stated that we were over-bloated and overcompensated.
There was no accountability for a long time. People would get in management roles and create all these unnecessary positions for their friends.
Every department had to have its own supervisor. Then they had to have two group leaders.
The list goes on. They really are over-bloated and overcompensated.
When a group of people get to pick their own wages. Create bogus jobs for their friends and let him pick whatever pay they want.
There has never been any accountability. Get somebody who's hired off the street. They become a group leader. Then less than a year later. They get promoted upstairs. Now they're making $125,000 to 150,000. Now.
I really believe Elliott manager it's the best thing for this company. Even if I don't have a job, you shouldn't have a system in place. Where you get to pick your own salaries. Great bogus positions for your friends. We are way too top heavy.
This goes from corporate. All the way down to production. Left a shake-ups begin.
They will start streamlining automation and aerospace. Before the spin-off even takes place. Hold on to your hats. It's going to be a very rough ride.
So many layers of director and manager title w/o direct report are mind boggling. Directors/ VP reports to each others is like obscene obese that needs to be on ozempic med already
The “fat” is all in North Carolina and India these days.
Can’t wait to see the devastation in IT and other inept corporate functions that have no choice but to break up into separate businesses.
