Any past success stories about severance negotiation?

@OP Negotiation? What negotiation. They start a conference call where you cannot unmute yourself and they let you know that you that today is your last day. They get someone to read the script who will do exactly that and hand it over to HR who will continue reading the severance portion of the script.
Might as well hire robots to do that job.
