Curious if people have been termed for not being in the office frequently enough/ getting 3 badge swipes per week.
ADP doesn’t seem to enforce policies like attendance, punctuality, sick time day before or after holiday so is the # of days in office enforced?
I recently learned they are not tracking by badge swipe, but by IP address at your desk/ work station! A newer associate was pulled in asking why she hadn't come into the office for a month... she was there literally every weekday at that point, with witnesses, on camera, etc. Then they realized someone had messed up her desk assignment in the facilities portal - they had her assigned to the desk right behind her that was not being used. This is also why people who thought they were being clever by badging in, getting coffee, and going right back home got caught en masse in some offices.
Yeah, right. LOL!
Forget badge swipes as many of you will be getting badge wipes meaning your badge wiped clean and your job given to someone that appreciates working.

they are now reviewing badge swipe reports and providing warnings to those who aren’t in 3 days per week.
They should.
They could totally use the 3 badge swipes as reason to do a soft layoff. Set the rule, don't enforce it, let people think you are not that concerned maybe I swipe 1x a month maybe 0, then if we want to lay off 1k - 5k people just pull the ones not badging then it's a termination with cause and they don't even need to give you severance.
Not saying they would... But they can
