Read carefully and between the lines. HR expanding- that’s to handle rifs, see if they can use people who job cut by AI. Looks like IT stuff going there, Lots of “alignment”. Good luck

I can guarantee there will be major changes. Massive layoff to CSL will be the start. Plan on claim volume going way up and so many processes your head will spin.
You’re not wrong. Writing has been on the wall for a while though.
Nat Gen leadership has previously sold it to groups that it’ll be Nat Gen taking over Allstate - while there are some Nat Gen leaders in important roles, sure has been a lot of Allstate changes.
